Borchardt is back!!!!

Tanner Borchardt is back and active for tonight. This is one bizarre season. Really liked that kid, glad he is back.

I was bummed when both him and Trueblood decided to not return. Thought they were both high quality walk ons Plus Borchardt at the very least will be a beneficial practice body.

Saw him on the bench !    I wonder what the story was/is.   With our injuries, who do you suppose contacted who?  I hope it's not just for the remainder of this year.  He'd be a super addition to the team over the next few years ( practice for sure ... and more ? ).

Glad to see him back. I thought he showed potential last year and was sad to see him go.

Soon as I saw him in warm ups, we started to chatter about in the stands.  I am glad he is back.

I think TB could give great breather minutes to Jordy at the 5 and possibly let Morrow and Jacobson destroy people at the 4.  TB is about the same weight as Jordy and not too short at 6'8".  I'm guessing he could keep things ugly inside and opposing bigs would continue hitting the deck when Jordy sits.  He's a high quality walkon for sure.  I'm curious if he'd be better at the 5 than Jacobson.  30lbs is a lot when it comes to holding your ground in the post on defense.
