Interesting: UNLV just added Oregon transfer Ben Carter, leaving them with 0 open scholarships. Jordan Cornish is visiting them next weekend
I think Deverell will have a good chance to play significant minutes next year. He might be starting this year if he weren't redshirting. He'll have a year under his belt so he will already have a leg up on Webster. But hopefully that doesn't matter if Tai is as good as he's supposed to be.
Parker will find playing time and might be starting at the start of the year. He plays good defense (locked down Chatman on Thursday) and can get us into our offense without making mistakes. He can score too, but needs to look for his shot more. He'll keep getting better this year and during the summer too.
I'm the same age as the OP. All I remember about our last tourney was blowing a lead to Arkansas? I watched it at my cousin's house. That was the first of many scars Nebrasketball has left on me.
Who cares about the stars? If he has 0 stars, that just means they haven't evaluated him yet.
What I look at more closely is the schools that have offered. In this case Memphis, Marquette, K State, etc. Pretty good list in my opinion.
