I just noticed that Xavier Johnson is averaging 17 points a game as a freshman for pit and hung 30 on Syracuse the other night. By moose not extending miles contract he essentially kept the missing piece for Nebraska’s team from coming here and further buried miles and forced Kenya Hunter to look for a job stability. I’m so pissed right now. Moos should never be allowed to dabble in basketball coaching evaluations. He’s a disaster. This program was likely sent back several years thanks to that decision

He's always had a point guard mentality and defers to James and Isaac which isn't a bad thing. Next year he will take more shots and continue to develop his outside shot and post game. I really like what he will have to play with next year. Just need to replace Tanner -
I can't think of a better team in the last 25 years that I've seen at a Nebraska home game. Probably the most complete team I've seen it you factor in a few of their missing parts like Ahrens and Langford. Michigan State had a lot of things go right to win that game. Our huskers are pretty darn good too.

HC choices if Miles is not hear for any reason. Prefaced by me thinking Hoiberg stays in the NBA 1st phone call: Dana Altman 2nd phone call: Eric Musselman (I think he gets UCLA gig) 3rd phone call (most likely hire of all) CRAIG SMITH. -
Years ago Nebraska had a JUCO Qb recruit (Jordan Adams) that had mono and ended up having his spleen removed . He physically never recovered. That is likely the medical staffs fear and probably why they have been so careful with him. That being said, I would assume he'll be back when B10 play starts. The games aren't the issue because he doesn't play lots of minutes. Practice intensity is and that can adequately be managed in season quite easily.

I played senior year of HS with mono and tonsillitis. Had tonsils removed before prom. Harris will be fine

He will be playing in early January. Probably first B10 game of the new year

Not feeling good about this game tomorrow. Last week I thought the W was a lock. As well as the cowboys shoot the 3, you can't be slow in your rotations. With a bunch of sick guys you can't count on the defense to carry the day.

I think Copes back is healthy. He has a shot to get on the radar. His personality and work ethic and 3 point shooting will make him ideal for an NBA bench spot. He was a lock for Europe but now he will get a FA look in the summer. He's legit 6'8 in bare feet. -
$100,000 paid to each team.

If he can get back and play at a B10 starter level I would be pleasantly surprised. Brutal injury
-
There is no way Roby leaves unless he finishes the year on a 3pt hot streak. Right now he is just another tweaner that can't shoot the 3. There is no room for those guys in the NBA anymore. He needs to spend all summer improving that part of his game. If he had Copes shot he would be a first round lock.

Wonder if they can get a 6th year for Tanner? I am guessing we will be in on a grad transfer big man and take a sit out transfer as well.

B10 will get in at least 9 based off the noncon. If you have the right wins, a 9-11 record probably gets you an 8-9 seed. B10 is phenomenal this year.

Youth girls start playing with a full size basketball in 5th grade. Boys don't use a full sized basketball until 9th grade. Its crazy. I've pleaded with our youth league to only use a 26.5 inch ball for boys and girls until junior high. They all look at me like I'm stupid, yet I am the one with the exercise science degree. Youth girls especially develop bad habits because they are using a full women's ball at too young of an age.

I will be sitting courtside. If I make it there.

Tickets: Anyone received them yet?

I feel real uneasy about this team and Roby's foot has me worried. The Non-Con might be too tough for a team that might start the year off missing a wheel. Truth be told, I just want to see how much Nana has improved and wether or not Brady or the JUCO can play inside at all. -
