Grad transfer or NBA?

Turgeon was at Kansas. Kansas is the dirtiest program in college basketball the last 30 + years. The difference is they don’t get caught. Looks like Turgeon learned that too. I have no problem hiring him.

Here is what isn't a myth. Nebraska sucks but wins within 2 years. Nebraska sucks the day Craig Smith leaves even with better team coming back. South Dakota sucks, Craig Smith wins immediately within 2 years. Utah State sucks, wins immediately. Some coaches have the Urban Meyer effect. It looks to me like Craig Smith might. The evidence points in that direction. Plus he has been at Nebraska before and understands the challenges from day 1. I prefer a proven P5 winner coach but if we have to go mid major than Smith is the best hire Nebraska can make.

Dixon and Sampson are both at the point in their careers where they would take a job like Nebraska for the paycheck. The NCAA stuff with TCU and Creighton I believe will be very serious. I think the NCAA would punish those 2 schools to save the blue bloods like Duke, NC, AZ ect.

Next up Hoiberg, than Marshall, then Turgeon, then Musselman (UCLA bound IMO), then Webber, then Howland, finally Craig Smith. I'm not a fan of Kelvin Sampson or Jamie Dixon given the NCAA issue. I'm not into filling a guys retirement plan

Nana has unquestioned athletic ability but he looks lazy and doesn't work on his body. He should have better lateral quickness but he doesn't. He lacks burst also. These are things all great leapers acquire as they develop in the weight room. He should be an elite defender with length and quick leap abilities. Instead he is an awful defender. He can be an excellent player at the D1 level if he would dedicate himself to that.

You sound petty and jelaous. Most people create wealth by utilizing what they have to the fullest, some start with nothing some with a lot. The whiners that think they are smarter than everyone else but "never had the same opportunities" are my favorite life losers cohort. They never take much risk, have little creativity or problem solving skills, don't understand money and sit around all day complaining why they don't have what someone else has. My advice.....stop worrying about how others got somewhere and put that effort into how you can get there.

Lewis is better than any mid major with the exception of Craig Smith who is unlikely to take a job his best friend just got canned from. Marshall, Altman, Hoiberg, Webber.....throw that cash around billy. I think there is a good chance Marshall will leave.

Craig Smith would be the best non P5 coaching hire. Although the $ and fan support suggest it's time to aim high school for the first time ever

For what............Nebraska just doubled its revenue and has quadrupled it in the last 4 years.........It's time to spend it on football and men's basketball.
