It would suck if we lose some guys. You look at some teams around the league both this year and years prior you see "older teams" who've had success. We need a core group of guys and let Hoiberg do his thing with transfers at key areas of need.

Just glad coach is doing better. I always kind of worried what would happen if he got it with his condition. Dont care what happens the rest of the year coach and our boys are healthy that's a win.

A volume scorer and better post play and this team is absolutely better. We'll have both of those things next year and a solid core group of players where we wont be starting off with a brand new team for the first time in 3 years.

Dude I totally misread your title and thought you meant if we played MSU lol. As I said in the game thread this team is much better than last years team. This team has a good core like I said you put a couple top 150 guys on this squad who play up to their potential you have a good team. That's where were at and really it being just year 2 is a good spot.

Absolutely. I guess the hope is he provides us a little bit of offense and which helps us from going into these long scoring droughts and perhaps were in some closer games. I realize this certainly could be a stretch as well. Worth discussing on a husker basketball board though.

I think Yvan is a classic big 10 big though. By year 4 he will be a decent post player. We see this all the time in the league. I'd agree with you on Lat. I cringed as soon as I heard that line about him making 84/100 threes that just sounded like meaningless off season fluff.
