  1. NWSL and MLS are the first two US team sports that are scheduled to return first. So we'll see how that shakes out. I'm sure other leagues are talking to each other about safety plans and policies.
  2. 2019 at Georgia Tech 2018 at Clemson 2017 vs Boston College 2016 at Clemson 2015 vs Miami 2014 at Florida State 2013 vs Miami 2012 at Wake Forest 2011 vs Wake Forest Nebraska, Penn State, and Purdue are the only Big Ten teams with a winning record in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. 3. Why is it that we seem to schedule TBA every single year? Sure would be nice to see a little variety in our scheduling...
  4. For the first time since 1950, there is no College World Series in Omaha this year. But there is a plan to move the eight-team tournament to the third week of July. Michigan Head Coach Erik Bakich has proposed a new plan for the college baseball season. https://www.wowt.com/content/sports/New-Plan-For-College-World-Series-571232441.html

  10. ...which equates to one Kobe Webster.
  11. I don't have a The Athletic subscription, but just a reminder that the College World Series would be going on right now just makes me sad. All for good reason, but still. https://theathletic.com/1851214/2020/06/03/college-world-series-canceled-leaves-omaha-empty/?amp
  12. Wide World of Sports Complex. But that should be interesting because it sounds like MLS has the same plan for late June/early July.
  13. Liga Portugal returning June 3, La Liga coming back June 11, and Austrian trophy ceremony occurring from a social distance (@49r, you should probably expect something similar for Liverpool):
  14. And as a Liverpool fan I'm glad to see it! Nobody's perfect.
  15. There's only one club that's truly excited about this, and it's the club that has a 25 point lead in the league table. Could you imagine if the Premier League was like Ligue 1 or Eredivisie and just outright cancelled the rest of the season?
  16. Canada/US border still has a restriction on non-essential travel through June 21. I'm curious to see how collegiate athletes are handled with this restriction.

  19. Here's an update from the other day: MAY 23, 2020 Dylan and I want to thank everyone! During this pandemic, we know it is a difficult time for everyone but yet to see the amount of generosity has been unbelievable. Again, we are so appreciative. We are in the process of using some of the money for the funeral on Tuesday. After that, we will be addressing other expenses. Thanks again to all who donated! Marc Hsu
