  1. I would throw fists like I'm Marty McFly if our first win was in Dayton and people questioned if it counted
  2. He had a shorter stay in charge at Washington than James A. Garfield
  3. The argument that Nebraska needed to hire a president before hiring an AD because the AD reports to the president didn't seem to stop the U from proceeding.
  4. Asking for their ok, sure. Driving the University to hire a AD, no.
  5. The board of regents has nothing to do with hiring an AD
  6. Really feels like all this activity at the University is the opposite of a distraction for the team
  7. TBH I feel like we play better coming out of the half down 2 than we do up 10.
  8. Appreciate the shirt idea...ran with it though won't be able to accommodate the arena
  9. Virginia is for lovers of scoring droughts
  10. The ONE year we weren't on the NIT bubble!!!

  12. It would be wild if Eli Rice came into a game if it wasn't already decided
  13. He's just a Fred Hoiberg shooting camp away from becoming someone who can make 86 out of 100 3pt shots during a drill
  14. Another candidate for Nebraska high school vet who spends their last year of college at DONU
  15. I think it's realistic to think that the ticket prices will go down the closer we get to game time though no idea on whether or not they'll be significant. I suspect that the upper level seats could be discounted quite a bit as you can get into this game for $46+ fees.
  16. Modern day Moe Iba
  17. The takeaway isn't that Naismith was a bad coach....it's that he invented the game but that didn't mean because of that he was the world's greatest coach. Once again, credit to Lunardi for turning what was a hobby as someone who worked in the St Joe's athletic department into an industry of sorts.
  18. The last time we played Texas A&M was at home during our last year in the Big 12. They came in coached by Mark Turgeon and powered by sophomore and Future NBA player Khris Middleton. We ended up shutting them down defensively and winning 57-48, a classic Doc Sadler game. Students rushed the court afterwards.
