We're playing UNO next year?
-
To me year 4 is about figuring out if Hoiberg is going to be the guy in year 5 and it's probably about him putting together the right coaching staff. Another way to frame this: I'd rather see a program with the talent to win 10 games win 16 games than a team with the talent to win 18 games to win 10 games because we can't build on the latter.

Maybe we could hire him and i'm not necessarily joking here

Nebraska 78 - Northwestern 72 1 -
Northwestern Info Head Coach: Chris Collins Location: Evansville, IL Conference: B1G Nickname: Wildcats Mascot: Willie the Wildcat Last time out: Beat Minnesota Line: Northwestern by 4.5 Typical Rotation Depth: 9 KenPom rank: 76 Other: Northwestern roasted Nebraska in Lincoln by 24 in a game that wasn't as close as the score indicates. Boo Buie erupted for 27 points. Northwestern roasted Nebraska in Evanston by 12 in a game that wasn't as close as the score indicates. Pete Nance went off for 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists Bryce McGowens status for this game is unknown. The Skinny: Nebraska beats Penn St. but there is no way they beat Ohio St. Nebraska beats Ohio St but there is no way they win at Wisconsin. No Bryce and they still pull off the stunner at the Kohl Center. Next on the docket? A Northwestern team that's had Nebraska's number all season. What answer does Nebraska defensively have for Pete Nance? If the last 10 days are any indication the question is somewhat irrelevant as Nebraska has been winning by outscoring teams. Nebraska's last 4 games in conference have been their best offensive games in conference and it seems to be a team playing at least to the equal of the sum of their parts. Teams this season have torched Northwestern from outside and/or made hay at the FT line. Nebraska is capable of doing both. Can Nebraska continue to keep their hot streak up or does the Cinderella story end tonight? Prediction: Nebraska 78 - Northwestern 72

Several mock drafts have Christie, Diabate, and Branham being drafted.

"AP Newcomer" is anyone who wasn't in the B1G last year and thus includes all freshmen and transfers
-
Yeah I think Bryce should have gotten it but Branham did have a hell of a year, especially in conference. His efficiency numbers are impressive. Wonder what would have happened if Bryce had played on Sunday and scored 25.
