Lets's go with the Black/Red lettering circa '91. Plus it REALLY helps that LeVert will still be out.Is he for sure ruled out?

Looks to be trying for a visit in February and possibly the osu game weekend

I think if miles had a "big" he would play morrow abs Jacobson at the 4 more. He would be able to play 2 "bigs" at one time and be able to play match ups better, hence aw3 vs msu. It'd give him so many more options to have a "big" and replace it with someone who can't crack rotation. Vacant ship would work as well.

We're 0-5 against them since joining the Big Ten. If my memory serves me well (it usually doesn't), Michigan is the only Big Ten team we haven't beat once yet (Maryland doesn't count in my book, since they've only been in the conference for one year, but that might be the only other team).[/qoute]

I think he was waiting to see if he got any better offers, don't quote me on that, but I think I remember seeing that somewhere. If that was the case he benefited with the delay, as he's gaining the offers/interest now.

Wouldn't disagree, but where do we get the scholarships? TBD. We've seen attrition every year, I'd imagine we'll see it again. I have no doubt we'll see it again this year. Miles isn't going to keep a player not contributing and lose out on a player that can contribute. It's probably never a fun conversation but this is Big Boy basketball. Unless kids like Hammond can magically get a lot better in the off-season, he is going to find more pine time than court time. We also have to remember that Hammond did not redshirt, so he can use that as his transfer year. Fuller on the other hand would have to go to a lower level.

Do we know the quality of competition he's playing?

Will be a tall task. I do like that he and Horne played together. I think it'll come down to us and lsu. I also could be very wrong as well.

uneblinstu's Post Game Chatter: Vol 8, Issue 18 - vs Minnesota

Regarding Bakari's minutes - both Benny and Glynn were spending time with the trainers when they were on the bench. They brought out an exercise bike for Watson to help him stay loose - and he was visibly limping at one point in the second half. I don't think it is anything serious - looking like maybe a thigh bruise or something. No idea what was wrong with Benny but the trainers spent time with him at the end of the bench during the first half. Bottom line I think Bakari got in early mostly because Benny and Glynn were both limited or unavailable at times. FWIW Hammond also went to the exercise bike before he came in - so I wonder if he has some minor injury issues also. That said I think his minutes are going to be very limited when Jacobson and Morrow are not in foul trouble - and I can't say that I disagree with that approach. I think they both had 2 fouls in the first half too. That could've benefitted bakari as well. -
We might lose to uno... That is equivalent Might? How about definitely not. I guarantee it. There is a 100% chance we don't lose to UNO this season.Norm is spot on in both ways he's talking.
