Although Moos seems to be pushing all the right buttons in football, his strategy in basketball reminds me a little of Barry Collier. Barry just let things float along and then screwed the basketball team by leaving at the toughest time to find a replacement.

Norm, I agree with you almost all the time,(which is scary) but I too would like to see a win in the tourney. I also have watched NU basketball since Moe and I will agree that this is the best we have seen. Nee seemed to always have some drama going on when he was coach. The rest have been very average at best. I would like to see Moos extend Mile's contract to help with 2019 and beyond recruiting. I haven't always been happy with Mile's but he is way ahead of the others we have had, especially in recruiting.

I told my wife that the team wasn't taking this game serious enough, when they were all clowning around during warm-ups. Hopefully this will be a wake-up call that you can't expect to just show up and win.
