  1. I just hope we can get Gill back to his normal self next season, because as you can tell he wasnt playing as well as he knows he can. You can see with the shots he took and his reactions that that was probably the worst basketball he's played. Maybe bringing Copeland here and those two going through rehab together and working out together and get them both to play their best basketball. In that case with those two playing like they can, I have no doubt we have the talent for the sweet 16.
  2. Keyshawn Embery is our biggest target for the class.
  3. Jus give me David Wingett honestly unless we have a sure thing on the horizon. You cant have too many 6'7 athletic guys that can shoot and know the game of basketball. Does Wingett have the potential as Nana Akenten or Isaac Copeland? No no no, and i'm not saying that. I'm saying have a hard-nosed, hard-working, hometown kid who has the skills to help us get better as a team. Plus, HE KNOWS basketball, which is such an underrated trait these days in a system that looks more at potential and athletiscm than skills and knowledge.
  4. Watson Gill Horne Jacobson Copeland
  5. Are you guys seeing the level Jacobson has been playing these past few games, especially on the boards?? There's no way he doesnt start.
  6. Ed and Nana should help us get him. I'm also really interested in Keyshawn embery and Trey'von Hopkins
  7. I'm glad we stayed on him
  8. My twitter account is always blowing up with how good of a season Keyshawn is having, right now he's my biggest wish for the class.
  9. Just saying that he was a spark for us and that he was a key for some of the runs we went on. So finding his +/- from yesterday will back up my claim that when he came off the bench, he was a part of some runs we made.
  10. Can somebody find Horne's +/- from yesterday? He was huge for us. I dont know why Roby gets more slack for mental and defensive errors than Horne.
  11. Nobody makes more mental mistakes or "checks out" more than Roby IMO
  12. Actually looks like he is committed to play somewhere... not sure why it didnt say that on 247
  13. Another 2017 PG we should take a look at in my opinion is Jarkel Joiner. He's averaging 37 points a game in high school (according to Maxpreps) and he seems to have a cool recruitment so far. Worth a look? http://247sports.com/Player/Jarkel-Joiner-93595
  14. Make a free throw and we win the game. One team has to win the game and we for some reason didn't want to win it.
  15. Last one I'll do is Isaiah Coleman-Lands from Indiana. Looks to have had some interest from Creighton in the past but looks like his recruiting has cooled down a little. http://247sports.com/Player/Isaiah-Coleman-Lands-79537
  16. And there's Darien Jackson from Kansas who would be a great get, but probably out of reach now. http://247sports.com/Player/Darien-Jackson-86141
  17. Theres Greg Elliott, a summer rising player from Michigan thats 2017. He's known more of a SG/Combo but he's said that he can try to play more point guard in the future.. Seems worthy of taking a look at it in my opinion. http://www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1662729-2017-sg-greg-elliott-adding-offers
  18. Palmer, Copeland, and Nana coming in next year, losing Tai. Need a PG
  19. Medical redshirt?
  20. If he was a senior last year, shouldn't he be in college?
  21. Any outlook/expectations for: Kezo brown, Trey'von Hopkins, Daniel Oturu, Keyshawn embery, Race Thompson, Xavier Johnson, Jayscon Bereal, Kevin Easley, anyone else? Some really talented kids in this list and that we've reached out to, would love to hear some good news like we're working on getting a commit soon Kezo played with Ed at Simeon, Trey'von Keyshawn and Jayscon are all from Oklahoma and Trey and Keyshawn i think play on the same AAU team, and Daniel Oturu seemed to have a blast on his visit
  22. We need Gill to be able to make those open shots that we all know he's capable of.
