I won’t lie— it was kind of fun to see Creighton whiners still going last night and this morning. Saying things like “sure would have been nice to see Creighton play UCONN” and complaining about how much they were/weren’t shown in One Shining Moment.

I may be off on this, but I do believe that our name, unlike in basketball, still carries *some* weight in the baseball landscape. Not like a KU basketball or anything like that, but also not a 22 win Nebrasketball team not making the dance level of weight either.

If the staff has given ANYONE a guarantee that they won’t recruit over them, then they aren’t going to succeed here. We don’t have the ability to give those promises. Any coach really… it’s their job to get the best and the players have to prove their worth. -
This was in response to the exact same thing CC did the night before. Sorry the darling of WCBB couldn’t receive what she dishes. The amount of people upset with the LSU girl is beyond crazy considering CC did the same thing on Friday. F Iowa man.

As always— our Fri/Sat guys are one of the best 1-2 punches in the B1G. Is it enough to win us the B1G? I don’t know. We realllllly need some sweeps and can’t afford more mid-week losses. Does winning the regular season title get us in? I don’t know this year. Could the B1G be a 1 bid League this year?
