He is— that option will always be there though. He could totally flop this next year and he’ll still have that option. However, if he is even remotely close to what he did at the end of this year over a full season, he’ll get a few looks. NBA is the dream. Playing in Japan will always be there.

This makes me sad for the long term. Unfortunately, there'll be more kids who missed out on other opportunities by "specializing" than there will be kids who were helped by it.

I believe it’s maybe Oklahoma… but any school that wins a state title like 2 times in a 3 year period or something has to automatically move up a class for the following 4 years. Might solve some of the parochial issues.
