  1. Not to put you on the spot because a lot can happen in the next 12 months, but with Mayen, Ouedraogo, Andre and Walker all expected back for 21-22, would much be expected of Breidenbach next year? Or is he a rotation player no sooner than 22-23?
  2. That's like when, 2025?
  3. With two teams from the Mo Valley and two teams from the Mountain West, there may some intra-conference games involved if it's a straight 16-team bracket-style tournament OR they might divide the teams into two eight-team divisions — three games guaranteed with the fourth game a cross-division game based on finish. Fun and interesting, whatever the format.
  4. Never knowin' who to pass to When the D sagged in We would have liked to cheer you But you were just a kid Your shots all clanked off long before Your legend ever did
  5. Half of what you wrote is 60 percent correct.
  6. The 13 conferences represented in this include enough diversity that there'd be little risk of matching up conference opponents, but if you extended the invitations to schools in Texas, you could add three more conferences and have one team from each conference: Pac 12 Big Ten Summit Big Sky Mountain West Missouri Valley Big XII American Big East SEC WAC Atlantic 10 Ohio Valley Conference USA (UTEP, UTSA, Rice, UNT) SWAC (Prairie View, Texas Southern) Southland (Incarnate Word, Abilene Christian, Houston Baptist, Lamar, Sam Houston, Stephen F. Austin, Tx A&M-CC)
  7. If TEAM A is: Banton McGowens Allen Mayen Ouedraogo And TEAM B is: Webster Thor Stevenson Walker Andre How would either group fare against TEAM Mack Burke Thor Cheatham Ouedraogo
  8. Shoulda been: "And Coach Kay too."

  10. March 2020 — 185 pounds September 2020 — 165 pounds Not going into the office has eliminated donuts from my diet. And since the rec center re-opened in July, swimming 8-10 miles a week doesn't hurt either.
  11. "Dick" from 1999. Hilarious.
  12. Meh. I can make that sound rising from a chair without having to carry 400 pounds on my shoulders.
  13. If he gets a chance to play our beloved DSU Hornets in the SWAC-MEAC Challenge, I'll be watching.
  14. I'm pulling things out of my past, having followed CB from his freshman year at George Washington HS.
  15. I had a dream last night. Hoiberg was being interviewed after a game, and in the background, Isaac Traudt and other Huskers were cutting down nets. The front of their jerseys read "Men's Basketball." What does it all mean, Dr. Freud, other than I need to re-evaluate my subconscious mind, of course?
  16. You made me quiver.
  17. That lil' 4-foot-8 PG is gonna get a lot of assists.
  18. I thought about that the other day, especially the logistics of going to class, etc. So everybody in the West goes to Chicago and holes up at UIC or someplace and they play a triple round-robin and take online courses? Eighteen games (3 times 6 opponents)? Everybody in the East gathers in Cincinnati or Detroit or Philly? Or just one big bubble in Indy or Chicago with a double-round robin starting after Christmas (26 games)? Could be kinda cool.
  19. They have a little more diversity coming off the bench.
