A bunch of new guys on the squad, many of whom are objectively good at basketball. Perhaps we should give them the noncon to gel before we start passing absolute judgments.

I guess we're just seeing different things. I know what "quiet, but lead by example" guys look like. This isn't it. I'm seeing too-cool-for-school, upset with others instead of leading, and worried more about himself/calls.
