Watched a bit of Frankie Fiddler tonight in MSU's game vs KU. He looked a little rough early, but KU was playing pretty tight D on him. Ended up with 15 points (8-8 free throws) and 8 boards. Was 3rd on the team in minutes.

Minnesota just lost an ugly game to a somewhat decent North Texas squad 54-51. Minnesota shot 31.3% FG (15-48), 26.1% 3FG (6-23), and 68.2% FT (15-22). North Texas was even worse from the charity stripe at 56.3% (9-16).

Ben Johnson saved his job with his somewhat miraculous record last year, but he can’t afford to lose games like this.
