I'm just going to throw it out there in writing before the game, regardless of the outcome.

 

Is Arkansas the better team? Yes.

 

Is Arkansas going to get far more players drafted than Nebraska? Yes.

 

Does it appear Arkansas fans are worse than Wisconsin fans? Yes.

 

Did Nebraska have a shot at getting to the Super Regionals after the announcement we were playing in the Fayetteville Regional? I mean. Probably closer to a 15-20% chance.

 

Sitting where we are now, having seen the way we've limited the #1 overall team's offensive production, all while still finding a way to have some offensive production on our own; assuming we minimize self-inflicted mistakes, do we have a chance to win? Yes. Now it's probably closer to 55-60%. And that's even in line with the probabilities of the 2-1 team playing the 2-0 team forcing a Game 7.

 

Win or lose, we treat opponents with respect. Might be worth teaching some of those Hogs fans what that means.

Is it just me, or is Kopps throwing everything towards the dirt? Should have some of our next batters just sit and have him throw in the strike zone instead of swinging at everything.

I know this is easy for me to say sitting on the couch, but we need to be patient early in the count.  His 1st couple pitches are dropping out of the zone.  If he falls behind we can sit on a fastball/cutter he needs to throw for a strike.
