Just curious as to who are some of the coaches people like and don't like. My don't like list would include Bill Self, John Cailpari and Rick Pitino even though I've liked Louisville since I got to watch them play in Lincoln back in Dr. Dunkensteins day. I like Tom Izzo, Tom Crean and Jim Boeheim. And a couple coaches who I like thatno longer roam the sidelines are Lute Olsen and Nolan Richardson. Interested in others.

Heard rumor tonight that Miles really lit into team following loss at Penn St. and Biggs responded in anot so polite manner back to Miles. At which point Miles informed Biggs would no longer be part of team.

A couple guys in the row behind me left with around 2 minutes left and one of them even commented that he was leaving then because he wanted to beat the traffic. I just about said something but figured I'd save my voice for the refs. I actually stick around while my son goes to where the players leave the floor and tries to get a game used souvenir (he got Pitchfords shooting sleeve yesterday). By the time we exited, ate at Jimmy Johns and I walked to parking lot 7 it was clear sailing out of town. I'm a very impatient person but have realized if I show some patience and consideration to others the short wait in traffic isn't that bad.

Gibbs basically pins Petteway and won't let him up. Jesuits shouldn't act like that.

I too felt Benny may be a liability on this team but after first few games he does have a role. NU is gonna need plenty of depth when conference play starts. In the games I've seen he seems to be playing hard knowing that if he doesn't bring energy and effort he will get no playing time. If he can somehow hold his own on the defensive end he is smart enough to know that with other offensive weapons he just has to get them the ball and that will also open up lanes for him to drive and either score or dish the ball.

This may be off subject but with all the oversigning and early NBA entrys how do these schools maneuver around the so-called graduation rate stipulations set forth by the NCAA? The kids definitely are not graduating and I thought transfers also affected this rule.

Was speaking with a coach from the Omaha area last year at state tourney and he felt Agau would be back within 2 years. He said Pitino has some "eccentric traits" that Agau would tire of and that he would be wearing a Nebraska uniform before his college career was over.
