An experienced point guard would probably make this NU team better with all the new faces this year. Can't help but think that there would be a couple more wins if Mike Gesell were running the point.

Just curious if anyone else would like to see NU pass the ball up the court and try to attack more in a fast break style when it is available? I sit on the north end at PBA and sometimes our guards are open on the sideline break but whoever is bringing the ball up dribbles instead.

Fouls are 9-2 at half. I know this isn't the reason NU is getting drilled but when one team is allowed to slap and reach and the other isn't it escalates in a hurry.

Petteway and Shields both get tripped on penetration yet no call? Please explain this to me how that isn't a foul?
