As of now, six of the final nine games are quad 1. And this doesn't really matter but Michigan and Maryland are now ranked. What's the Nebraska record for most ranked teams beaten in a season?

There are just 18 teams with more quad 1 wins than Nebraska

Brice and Juwan were awesome tonight. Rollie's reliability was huge with Sam, Connor and Ahron all struggling offensively in this one. I have no idea how that Oregon team beat Alabama, San Diego St and Texas A&M on neutral courts.

I hear ya, but I actually like that we don't have any floppers on this team. Had enough of them in Hoiberg's first 3 years.

After he should've dunked but didn't, then he and Brice laughed about it, then the two missed free throws... I turned to my dad and said here comes an Oregon run. You can see in our body language when we're about to have lapses on both ends.

I actually don't think I've been this pissed off all year. There is no reason that press should've derailed our entire offense. It's like we thought it was a trapping zone press. It was a man press, they were just trapping the first pass when thrown to the corner. Just get the ball to a guard in the middle of the floor and go run your damn offense. We had 2 points in the last 5 minutes of the half against a terrible defense.

What an awful f***ng possession. That was a man press. How do you not get across halfcourt and flow right into your offense.

Our body language and urgency changed after the last Oregon timeout. Do not get complacent.

If we don't turn the ball over 10+ times we will win. Right now Oregon is not preventing us from running away with this game. We're preventing ourselves from doing it. Make the simple play.

It did feel similar to the beginning of the 2014-15 season with Petteway as "the guy". Had a bit of national hype, ranked #21 in the nation, then completely fell apart. Last year was different. Keisei garnered some national attention, but it was basically the national media subtly mocking him and Nebraska, not taking us seriously. So we were still the misfit underdogs in a way. And Keisei may have been "the guy", but Mast was every bit as valuable and important to the team. Brice, Juwan and Allick were right there too.

Protect home court and get one of the five remaining road games. That’ll do it

We're better on both ends of the floor with Juwan at the 4. And much better spacing offensively, more room for Brice to operate with a more skilled 5 on the court. I think the combination of those two things just leaves him in a Keita-type sporadic/situational minutes role.

Still didn’t make shots, and we had more open ones in this game than we’ve had in awhile. But much better defense and only 6 turnovers. That’s the ticket for this team.

Why did we act like we needed to fire up a shot asap there. We had a whole damn shot clock
