The good is that Allison looks better. Alexis played very well. We will need her to do that each, and every game. Not sure how/why Creighton got all those three's off. Lordy, we have to work on that moving forward. We missed Natalie. Maybe more on defense. But we need another scorer to step forward. I'm not going to call this a bad loss. We got beat by a Big East team in their house. We move on. Main goal is to move past the hole that resulted from the Potts injury. Hey ladies, you gotta do it.

Who are you about? Hake or Moriaty. All though Moriaty is a 4 Joining Alexis * Britt * Berte * Logan or Callin * Allison You the leverage then bigs in the sub role. Probably not realistic, yet it is somewhat polar opposite of what the men are doing with their starting line up.

One thought is to place another shooter into the line up and allow Britt room to roam. Basically four guard with one big.

No vent. Creighton has an exceptional program and they have a very complimentary team. They suck.

Ughhhhh. My reaction to the Potts injury is eerily similar to how i reacted to Allison's injury. Girls played well despite a fairly short turn around.

His defense seemed to consist of letting his man dribble by him, and then attempt to block his shot. I believe he may have been successful once. When he was subbed for in the second half, his facial expression and body language was bad

* we defended Kalkbrenner well last year --- without a 7'2" center. * I am struggling understanding Meah's exact role. I don't blame him. It really looks like Fred is struggling fitting him in; both offensively and defensively. * tied to the above, I think Juwan is struggling a bit offensively due to Meah's presence on the floor. Meah really absorbs space where Juwan likes to roam. Plus the defender does not to defend Meah on the perimeter. Tie that to our failure to hit open 3's, creates a lane filled with bodies. * yesterday was a close competitive game. You can easily point to two things (simplified) that led to our loss. Our sluggish start and St. Mary's ability to knock down open three's and our failure to do so. Also another side note on the threes...it really looked like our team thought the three point line was the white (NBA) line while the true line was the black line...did anyone else notice that?

Why was this pointed at my simple and generic response. I will repeat, there were reasons why individuals stop posting. I personally ignore most posts I do not like. I sometimes respond if I am in an uglier mood. To each, his own.

Back home. We need to tinker with starting line up. Got to perform better the first ten minutes of the game. Second gotta shoot better on the perimeter.
