  1. We're down 30+, why are we still complaining about the refs?
  2. "Hey, they need a point guard who can score and a guy who can grab a rebound. Me and my buddy can do that!"
  3. Id say a few games ago. I'm not impressed with his skill set as some on here are. We need a JUCO PG bad in this class. Yeah, I bought into the hype but recalibrated my expectations since he was coming from another country, but I really want to see him be more aggressive and "flash" more. It seems like he's out there going through the motions. I'll try to remain patient, but I hoped for a lot more at this point.
  4. The refs haven't been great, but that's about 10th on the list of things we should be concerned about in this game.
  5. I think we're well beyond damage control. I think the second half is all about staying healthy.
  6. At what point should we be worried that Tai Webster hardly shows any aggression or purpose on the court?
  7. The concerning thing to me is that IIRC, Colorado State wasn't particularly good on the road either. I hope this isn't a Miles issue and is mostly a young team issue.
  8. I really hate when refs point at the floor before calling a travel. Yeah, we get it.
  9. So when do we put in Vooch?
  10. I'm cool with Hawkins missing that shot. I like that he's aggressive.
  11. Even their dumb shots are falling...
  12. Nice to see Hawkins pull the trigger.
  13. Myles left Sunrise Christian to return to the Quad-Cities. He said things weren't working out down there.
  14. I posted exactly what he said. Not exactly a lot of depth, but it's nice to see a respected analyst offer some praise.
  15. Hey, it's baby steps! 66. Nebraska "The Huskers have made some very good strides under Tim Miles and have been very tough at home. Terran Petteway is one of the best offensive players in the Big Ten. The next step for Nebraska is to win on the road." http://insider.espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/10397951/jay-bilas-ranks-top-68-teams-college-basketball
  16. This. I can't remember the poster, but some mentioned that they either saw him practice or had a source that said he was an absolute baller, but I don't think anyone could have expected this. I'm ashamed to say that he was the one addition I wasn't all that geeked about. Obviously I was as wrong as it gets.
  17. I stop at Illinois boards and they still are complaining that Weber left a terrible roster with well below average talent for a B1G team. Groce has also done quite well in recruiting and with transfers. I think we both will end up quite pleased with our hires.
  18. No doubt. Even when fans (me) lose hope of a game, they continue to play hard and GATA. Makes you wonder just how good they'll be with one more year of experience and hopefully another big man in the rotation.
  19. LOL. We have to make it interesting. Always.
  20. Can't believe Hawkins was so passive out there. Indiana guarded him like he was Benny Parker. Shoot!
  21. Garbage effort on offense. Soft, stupid turnovers.
  22. Welp, I think that's all we need to know about how tonight is gonna go...
