You would think, but alot of times these kids are more attracted to playing at a bigger name school (i.e. the kid from Omaha that is now at Louisville sitting the bench). No doubt, but I think it's important to note that we're in a much different position than we were in a year ago. Miles, and the Cornhuskers in general, have a lot more credibility to recruits with this recent surge of momentum. It's nice to have great facilities, but we finally have a good team to go along with it.

Hopefully Miles and Co. can keep the momentum going. Nothing like getting a little face time after beating the No. 9 team in the country on their own court and being talked about as the B1G coach of the year. GATA!

At the very least, I think this win puts us as a near lock for the NIT. I know it's nothing to brag about, but extra basketball could really help us out quite a bit.

There is no doubt about it. Probably should be split. Pitchford was great early and Petteway carried us down the stretch. Oh, and how about that defense?!? Can we give them Blackshirts in practice?
