Better than mine: 1. Bacon was in the movie "Diner" which took place in Maryland which 2. was outbid by KU for the services of DeSouza which was the first stop for 3. A.W.White III who stopped at 4.NU before playing in 15 games for the Atlanta Hawks who , unfortunately, failed to make the playoffs.
Here's one by the same group that might as well be the theme song for HHC https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=chicken+little+was+right&view=detail&mid=C387259320790AB6DE1BC387259320790AB6DE1B&FORM=VIRE
Cip, Any day one sees a fat guy with a flugelhorn in a gold lame' mumu should erase the harshest of down-arrows. It may be enough to make Hunter reconsider.
Since I perceive us to be in somewhat of a lull period here and since this thread has totally run amok, I will extend it a bit further. Now anyone may list their own personal favorite concerts or performances which they have attended live. Here are mine: 1. Gordon Lightfoot 2. Michael Jackson 3. Stevie Wonder 4. Ike and Tina Turner 5. (Tie) Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson.-Cip, I know you have been to a bunch, though I won't believe you if you list Bach.
Wonder why the president of Runza was so gracious? Think it might have something to do with all those Runzas which change hands on a cold day at the stadium?
If a player can only submit his name once, this probably indicates Roby has already decided to join the NBA after his Junior season. If he does not play well enough to justify that after next season, it may not make that much difference to us.
Thanks for the 10 page memo, Sam. Did the NCAA have anything to do with the new tax codes? I think that if I visit Stonehenge during the proper phase of the moon, I may now be able to figure out when Palmer and Copeland are supposed to let us know their plans.
OK, here is the most definitive recent article I can find. Now I am tired and am going to go lie down. https://www.landof10.com/big-ten/nba-draft-rules-college-basketball-2018-eligibility
I will accept this as the definitive answer unless someone can prove otherwise. This deadline, however, pushes it into the AWIII category which makes it difficult to finalize recruiting goals for next year I would think. Someone should call the LJS and tell them they are publishing the wrong date.
OK, this is a legitimate question. The LJS has now stated on two occasions that Palmer and Copeland have until May 20 to make up their minds and be able to return. Posters here have said that April 10 is the deadline. Will someone who knows please give us the definitive answer?
I thought this might be an April Fool's prank but note the referenced story was dated April 2. So, I guess I'll see your Bjorn and raise you two Dooleys.
