Roby needs PT & a LOT of it. He has to polish his offensive game & work on that jumper. It is too bad Copeland has that bum back because he WAS one of the most talented players to ever roll through here...
Nothing will beat the days “at the Bob” when Neil Smith, Doug Dubose etc would roll in all pimped out in new suits, surrounded by an entourage of leggy farm gals. Always set under the same basket...
It made my existing back pain worse. At my yearly review in ‘01 the surgeon said it would never get any better & there was nothing I could do about it.... So I’d recommend putting it off if at all possible. Good luck
I was sitting courtside for that 10 win debacle in ‘89, and was bed ridden after a spinal fusion when Nee won his last home game vs Colorado in 2000.... I’m getting too old to sit through many more of these.
I thought we’d see more clear outs for Burke/Green or they would be able to get more shots off the bounce, didn’t happen. And as it’s often said, when the shots aren’t falling, EVERYTHING looks worse...
That’s saying a lot, and since Fred was involved with Timberwolves ( one of the worst franchises in professional sports history) he knows what BAD Basketball looks like when he sees it...
They said on the radio it was our first opening loss since Moe Iba 1980 vs Wyoming. At least that’s a school I’ve heard of and they MIGHT have had Fennis Dembo...
In the pantheon of Incarnate Word, UMBC, Gardner Webb & Samford, where does this one rank? Factoring in new roster, 1st game, point spread etc, this one is hard to NOT put at the top... Hopefully this list/debate won’t be a running theme.
You say it like it’s a BAD thing... think of all the mileage you can get at Happy hour telling the story about the time you dropped a “soft serve” in your drawers at work.
Too many players bought into our “press clippings” right...? (to add insult to injury the biggest loudmouth dips**ts in the whole arena sit in the row behind me)
