i'd rather have a small chance at getting Paschal than having a good chance of getting sergej 2

paschal would have to enroll here in 2 weeks to be eligible for the summer tournament. no?

i don't have a good feeling here. if playing time was his main concern, he would not be visiting ku, mich st, uconn, virginia, and syracuse.

He's 6'8" as a HS junior. No hair on his legs or face. Probably still growing. He has the skills of a wing. Nice touch on his shot. Agility for a guy that size is ++. Some guys that size are still a little awkward/clumsy at that age (or older -- think Toney McCray.) Isaiah is fluid. He's fluid, he's smooth, he has a nice build even at his height and weight. He'll be able to add to that frame. Plus, he has the ability to put it on the floor and drive or shoot from the perimeter. He has a lot of tools and a lot of upside. And he seems to have the kind of demeanor that won't be a liability come draft day (see Petteway, Terran.) Roby will be a great replacement for Shields. possibly an upgrade if he keeps improving.

saw hoiberg could be officially announced bulls coach on tuesday. Wish max would just commit and get it over with.

they seem to think they are bringing in coleby on a visit to put pressure on chukwu to commit to ku right away.

this hunt for a big guy is really dragging on. hoiberg has been long gone for months. he's told several recruits he couldn't guarantee he would be back, and it's been widely known for months that thibs would basically be fired unless they won the championship.

we have to get one of them before we can start figuring out how to get both.

isn't max suppose to be making his decision as soon as tomorrow? it seems like a new big man prospect is emerging every day, but at the same time you don't want to get left with nothing. so i'm hoping max commits here. I feel like our only chance of beating out kansas for paschal would be if KU decides to sign johnathan williams iii instead.

i don't believe we can have both. I would prefer paschal. I think max might make us 1-2 games better for the upcoming season, but paschal could be an nba center with a year of development and we would possibly get 3 full seasons of him.

don't like our chances with him already scheduled to visit Kansas.

being realistic, the only reason we offered this kid was because we signed bakari and probably thought we should throw our hat in for that reason only.

texas signed tevin mack yesterday. not sure if that will affect dickerson going there.

if you go by what people are tweeting, there's about 100 teams in the mix. i still think we have a shot, but it really hinges on how close burno was to dickerson.

i don't think his stock has changed much from the combine. he was a mid-late second round pick at best before the combine, and that's probably where it stands now.
