  4. You might need a device like Roku or Firestick for TV watching. I use Roku.
  5. Attempting both sports sounds right. Not sure if scholarships are involved.
  6. Will Kennadi be taking one of the available scholarships?

  8. The Nebraska women’s basketball team tips off its 2023-24 regular season by playing host to the Northwestern State Lady Demons on Monday, Nov. 6 in Lincoln. Tip-off between the Huskers and Lady Demons is set for Noon (CT) at Pinnacle Bank Arena with tickets available now at Huskers.com/Tickets or by calling the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Season Tickets, Starting 5 Pack and single-game tickets are all available to provide exciting options for fans to watch the Huskers in person throughout the season at PBA. Doors to the arena open Monday at 11 a.m. A live video stream of the game will be provided to subscribers of B1G+. Nebraska fans can listen across the Huskers Radio Network, including 107.3 FM in Lincoln and 590 AM in Omaha, the Huskers App and Huskers.com, as Matt Coatney and Jeff Griesch team up for their 23rd season together calling the action. Pregame starts at 11:30 a.m. (CT). Monday’s opener features the annual Nebraska Life Skills Sportsmanship Pep Rally ahead of the game at the arena, beginning at 9:30 a.m. This year’s pep rally will include nearly 3,000 students and nearly 350 accompanying adults from more than 60 schools across Nebraska.
  9. Agree on Coley. Not mentioned, she does seem to be a good teammate. She contributes minutes off the bench (some better than others). She contributes good minutes on the bench. Only 5 can start, and she seems OK with that. On a roster that seldom utilizes all scholarships allowed, we have the room. I hope she sticks it out, and graduates as a Husker.
  10. On the bright side (for some), firearm Deer Season starts November 11th.
  11. It's been awhile since I've listened to a game on the radio. Might be enjoyable.
  12. Coley is a mystery. She started the game, yet had the fewest minutes. She struggled for floor time last year, too. I hope she figures it out. I too like Potts, but was equally impressed by Nissley. I don't think the speed, physicality, or caliber of competition ,is going to be a problem for her. Stewart looked really good. She might come off the bench, but in my book, she's every bit a starter. Not everyone can be a sixth man and be OK with it (see Leigha Brown). Could be an entertaining year.
  13. I think the final score was 83 - 47. Everyone seemed to get some minutes. Allison was rooting from behind on crutches. Maggie M. was sitting at the end of the bench. Well done Ladies.
  14. 62 32 after 3 quarters. Huskers finding their shot.
  15. 32 - 21 at the half. Both teams went cold (or defense picked up). Some sloppy play, typical for a first game, while giving everyone minutes.
  16. Good first quarter (24 - 13). Newbies look at ease. They could provide some excellent depth. Happy to see Coley get the start.
  17. The Nebraska women’s basketball team opens its 2023-24 season by taking on Dakota Wesleyan in its lone exhibition game of the year on Sunday, Oct. 29. Tip-off between the Huskers and Tigers is set for Noon (CT) at Pinnacle Bank Arena with tickets available now at Huskers.com/Tickets or by calling the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Season Tickets, Starting 5 Pack and single-game tickets are all available to provide exciting options for fans to watch the Huskers in person throughout the season at PBA. (CT).
  18. I see it will be televised on BIG+. Actually, 6 of the first 10 are on BIG+. Might be worth subscribing for a couple of months. Get after it Ladies!!
  19. No one from South Carolina. That surprises me (not sure why).
  20. If I read the schedule right, the only regular season Nebraska game on Peacock, is the February 14th game at Ohio State.
  21. The only thing I can say with certain, the opening introductions, put a smile on my face. GBR
  22. I too appreciate the coverage given by Ms. Just. Abby Barmore of On3, is another quality source regarding Lady Husker sports. Well done ladies.
  23. link to schedule... https://huskers.com/news/2023/09/21/huskers-announce-loaded-2023-24-schedule
  24. My guess, one will need a B1G+ subscription to watch some of these games. I noticed Husker volleyball will be televised on B1G+ this weekend. Time to bite the bullet, and subscribe again. $79.95 annual for a single team (GBR), isn't too bad. Just chaps my backside, so much crap airs on the regular BTN. Don't get me started on ESPN !!
  25. Is anyone streaming the scrimmage? I see 107.3 is listed for radio coverage.
