You can tell that Nebraska basketball is at an all-time low when talk turns to a Nebraska high school Class D program who hasn't been relevant in boys' sports much, if at all, this century. FYI, twinswingohuskers, some of my best football and basketball games were against the Huskies! O'brien and Fusco were quite the coaches.

Here's the brevity version: As a sophomore in high school, 1977, I bought a Samsui receiver, Gerard turntable and two JBL speakers. Still have them all. The JBLs are phenominal. Anyway, the day I bought the system, I also bought Bat Out Of Hell. It was the first album I played when I got everything hooked up. Sad day....

Back in the 90's Rush Limbaugh used this song for his condom updates. Bring out the down votes, snowflakes. I can take it.

jimmy, in honor of your wit and Norm's always spot on threads, the next cip contest we have, whenever that is, the prize will be two 14 oz wagyu ribeyes. Can't call them Kobe, unless they were raised in Kobe, Japan. For you city slickers, wagyu is the breed of cattle they raise in Kobe, Japan. Similar to angus in appearance, but the meat is more marbled. Doubt we've ever had an FFA meat judging discussion on this forum before.
