Hooper Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 Tai got off to a slow start this year but has seemed to turn the corner lately, being more aggressive and more effective overall. I've been waiting for him to look like the player I saw against Georgia two years ago, and only recently has he done so. Big thumbs down for cutting the flat top though. Jack, on the other hand, seems to be a bit in the doghouse right now, and, if he is, it's probably defense related. Hopefully that gets worked out, because he's important. He can shoot from outside, rebounds surprisingly well, can alter shots with his length, and is one of the top two passers on the team in my opinion. Quote

Creighton is a lot taller team than ACU so we'll probably see him at least 15 minutes on Wednesday Quote
Handy Johnson Posted December 8, 2015 Author Report Posted December 8, 2015 I always have rooted for this kid, and I think alot of the grumbling comes from the amount of "hype" he received. That's out of his control obviously, I just want him to be productive whether he's playing 10 or 30 minutes. Quote
atskooc Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 I've always rooted for him, sure, but I've also questioned his talent. Kid's playing balls out right now! Me likey! Quote
burgundy95 Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 I was skeptical of him early on in the year when I said it was all between the ears for him. I think he has become a little more care-free and just let the game come to him over the last few weeks. That has helped him tremendously. I think he was just worried all the time that he was going to make mistakes and yo;u can't play your best when you are holding something back. Good to see him turning it around. Hope he can keep it up for the rest of the season. He is a key part of the team and I want to see him continue to succeed. GBR Quote
