I'm thinking along the same lines as Fastbreaker. Something's askew here as you're only allowed to have 3 assistants. If in fact she is the new DBO, that's a fast hire since Jan B. just resigned a week or so ago.

I'm assuming she will be director of basketball operations. Jan Bethea resigned from this post last week and we already have three full-time recruiting coaches.

Why did Jan Bethea resign?

From this article that expalins the whole thing:

Ford replaces Dayna Finch on the Husker coaching staff for 2015-16. Finch, who will remain with the Nebraska staff as Director of Operations, approached Yori about moving into the operations role. Finch, who gave birth in April to her third child in three years, replaces Jan Bethea, who left the program for personal reasons in early June. Bethea spent five seasons as Nebraska's Director of Operations (2011-15).

Finch was the go to person after sunny left. So I suppose stephan will take over that roll now.

Speaking of ex-Huskers continuing their basketball career as coaches, this one makes me really happy!

Margaret Richards joins Clemson Women's Basketball Staff

Margaret Richards has joined the Clemson women’s basketball staff as an assistant coach, announced Head Coach Audra Smith on Monday. Richards will assist primarily with guard development

“We are excited to announce Margaret as our new assistant coach. She is an excellent floor coach and a great recruiter,” said Smith. “With her enthusiastic personality, she will bring freshness and excitement to the program. She has been here less than a week and already has hit the ground running with recruiting and in all areas of our program. Margaret is a bright and shining star in this business and will be a phenomenal addition to our staff.”
