Bugeaters1 Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 She has been added to the Husker staff. Quote
redsteve Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 What will be her area of coaching......defense, offense ...anyone know??? Quote
Fastbreaker Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 I'm assuming she will be director of basketball operations. Jan Bethea resigned from this post last week and we already have three full-time recruiting coaches. Quote
Row6Seat10 Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 I'm thinking along the same lines as Fastbreaker. Something's askew here as you're only allowed to have 3 assistants. If in fact she is the new DBO, that's a fast hire since Jan B. just resigned a week or so ago. Quote
Row6Seat10 Posted June 15, 2015 Report Posted June 15, 2015 Evidently she will be the new video coordinator. Austin Thoms last years video coordinator, accepted an assistant coaching position at Northern Colorado. http://www.uncbears.com/coaches.aspx?rc=101&path=wbball Quote

Norm Peterson Posted June 15, 2015 Report Posted June 15, 2015 They said on the news last night that she was coming in as a graduate assistant coach. So, not on the payroll is the way I'd understand it. Quote
redsteve Posted June 15, 2015 Report Posted June 15, 2015 From this article that expalins the whole thing: http://www.huskers.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=100&ATCLID=210145211 Ford replaces Dayna Finch on the Husker coaching staff for 2015-16. Finch, who will remain with the Nebraska staff as Director of Operations, approached Yori about moving into the operations role. Finch, who gave birth in April to her third child in three years, replaces Jan Bethea, who left the program for personal reasons in early June. Bethea spent five seasons as Nebraska's Director of Operations (2011-15). Quote

So I suppose stephan will take over that roll now.Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk Quote
Row6Seat10 Posted June 16, 2015 Report Posted June 16, 2015 So after all this shuffling around the past couple of weeks, I guess now we just need a new video coordinator. Quote
Silverbacked1 Posted June 16, 2015 Report Posted June 16, 2015 So what does it pay, I know how to get the blinking 12:00 to reset. Noah121 1 Quote
Row6Seat10 Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 Speaking of ex-Huskers continuing their basketball career as coaches, this one makes me really happy! Margaret Richards joins Clemson Women's Basketball Staff Margaret Richards has joined the Clemson women’s basketball staff as an assistant coach, announced Head Coach Audra Smith on Monday. Richards will assist primarily with guard development “We are excited to announce Margaret as our new assistant coach. She is an excellent floor coach and a great recruiter,” said Smith. “With her enthusiastic personality, she will bring freshness and excitement to the program. She has been here less than a week and already has hit the ground running with recruiting and in all areas of our program. Margaret is a bright and shining star in this business and will be a phenomenal addition to our staff.” Quote
Row6Seat10 Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Remember the name...Bucknell assistant coach Katie Adams. New video coordinator? Time will tell. Quote
