2015 Players to Watch

I'm going to start a thread of players to look back on down the road a year or two or three or four.  Maybe guys who aren't ranked who put together good film.  Whether we recruited them or not.

 

There've been guys I've seen film on and liked and wish we would have signed.  Matt Thomas at Iowa State, for instance.  I also looked at and posted video last year for a kid who signed with Princeton whom I still believe has a lot of promise named Alec Brennan.  At one time, he appeared in the Rivals 150 for 2014.

 

For no real reason (I was actually looking for film on JoJo Anderson and ran across it) I found film on King McClure, and he'll be my first video in this thread.  I'll probably do this for every recruiting class just so we can have a central place of links to videos of players we want to go back to down the road to see how and where they ended up.

 

Feel free to add your own if you see a player you want to keep track of and have a place to go back to down the road to wonder who you were looking at and how they turned out.

Baylor commit King McClure.  Pretty impressive video IYAM.  ESPN ranks him 87th best player in the nation right now for this class.

 

Nice stroke, impressive hang time, good ball skills, finishes well at the rim.

Next one is Noah Blackwell.  I think this kid is under-rated.  Has offers from several Pac 10 schools and others including Maryland, but not ranked by Rivals or ESPN or Scout.  This kid has good handles, gets to the rim, decent jumper off the dribble, good leaping ability, and very quick change of direction with the ball.  Judging by the video at least.
