Mendelson has played around 40 sets this year on an elite team as a first year player who didn’t arrive early because she should still be in high school.  Hardly a non-contributor.  She has a bright VB future.

Could wbb use another big?  Absolutely, especially since AM (injured?) has not yet shown any improvement from last year.  Hopefully MM will be the missing link after Christmas.

Here’s my thing.  All parties involved knew what the situation was.  All parties knew where she’d been until X date and wouldn’t be available for the next team until X date.  
 

It’s up to the coaches to plan for that, prep for it, and coach around it.  It’s not on MM at all.  She’s fulfilling her part of the bargain.

And Nobody here says it was on her.It's Just a topic for discussion.  But it sure would be nice to have her before the heart of conference season. More so if Markowski is not up to her excellence of last season.
