Actually, losing Core was not unexpected.  He had been hanging by a thread for a while.  Let’s just say Core was not much for actually attending college.

I think most Nebraska fans would say if they made a concerted effort to play the game (move the game up, play a DH  Friday, etc), they would be okay with the game being cancelled.  But, not doing
