Now THAT was funny. Sad thing, we beat Northwestern on Day 1 and some how Iowa figures it out and comes and ruins our party.

I doubt that there is anyone here that thinks we will go 5-0 in the tourney. That said, we can always hope!!! :)

This, the one year Miles played a Doc type noncon we won a ton of games both in and out of conference. Doc's record coaching the schedules Miles had would be far worse than it was. Much like I wish Tim would have succeeded here, I wish Doc or Barry, or Moe or Danny would have succeeded and taken the program to another level. I don't care who is coaching, I just want to change my avatar and that can't happen until we get a tourney win.

Agree that this staff dropped the ball to long on local talent that would have developed at worse a bench/depth for when injures or illnesses occur. For the record, I am not one of the any new hire HAS to have Nebraska ties.

Miles I am a bit surprised by this I admit but it does show local talent is not a must. However, all four of those teams has some basketball history to use when they go elsewhere to get talent. Not that right coach couldn't do this for us, but right now, at least until we get back to at least where Nee had us, we can't afford to miss often on local talent.

I am okay with this.
