I have been saying it for a while now: be happy with 4 wins!

I was thinking more like "halfway to another terrible broken heart." Certainly better than watching us play in that Wisconsin last game. I dont know at least during the Wisconsin game i could sit back, relax and make jokes. I have never really cared what the final score. A loss is a loss and a win is a win. ESPECIALLY in basketball.

Even if Illinois scores here to take the lead we have played GREAT.

I think we all could agree that this isn't the Illini team we saw in the 1st half of the season. John Grooce is a winner, turned these guys around.

Illinois looks really good to me. I know they probably won't go on a huge drought which means they will pull away. But it is nice to see us look good after the Wisconsin game.

Yea, Ray doesn't make many but hopefully next year he can get better looks and shoot a much higher percentage.

Jerry Palm said yesterday that Iowa wasn't going to make it and the 7 B1G teams there were in, were locks. Indiana was kind enough to lose to Illinois and Minnesota to pretty much guarantee that they will make the tournament. I am a little concerned that the top 3 B1G teams will beat up on each other the rest of the way and hurt our overall seeds.

Congrats to Shileds. He has had some tough games but shown resiliency since I posted a thread telling people to calm down.

We don't need Sergei or Parker to leave if he doesn't want to. I kind of feel like they could either leave or redshirt. They are either good enough to develop which means and extra year would help them or they are not good enough to develop and they should consider going somewhere where they would find playing time.

Iowa projected to get a #1 seed... in the National Invitational Tournament. I used to use this site to track what seed we would likely get in the NIT in the old days. Another way to look at it is think about our 4 wins: PSU at home NW at home Iowa at home (we maybe shouldn't have won this game, Iowa choked big time) PSU on the road (close game) We have 3 road games most likely the most we could steal would be 1 and that would be Iowa. Maybe, maybe Iowa will go into a tail spin because we ruined their chance. I want to think we can be Minn at home home as the last game at the Bob. I think our best hope is for Minny to lose again and kind of go into a tailspin themselves. NONE of our current wins makes me think we can win any of our remaining games. We won our 3 easiest games in the B1G.

What radio program is this? How do I listen? Is there podcasts?

Too many of you are setting yourselves up for a let down. Be happy with 4 B1G wins. We matched are B1G wins total from last year with only 8 players. It has been a good year.

I am glad he left Nebraska with a L. I hope he never gets one in the state of Nebraska.
