It's like the field goal kicker missing a game winning field goal. Nobody remembers QB throwing the INT that lead to a touchdown, or the holding penalty that wiped out a huge play. It's human nature to look at the last mistake and blame the player for losing. It sucks, but it's sports. Hopefully Tai keeps his chin up.

I was playing Tarin on PS4 last night. He thought he had his mic muted but it was on. I could hear what he said; "It took everythin in my power to not say, 'F*** you, fans, F*** all of you.' F*** 'em." "Our crowd. What a bunch of f***ing fair-weather f***ing---they can all kiss my ass out the f***ing door. 'Cause the day is f***ing coming now. We'll see what they can do when I'm f***ing gone. I'm so f***ing pissed off."

You know how you can compensate for poor shooting? Offensive rebounds. Apparently, we'd rather get back on D so they can score in the half court than a breakaway.

Double our point total in the 2nd half, hold them to 3 points and we win!

If we can make it to double digits by half, I'll consider that a moral victory.

Petteway reminds me of Aleks Maric. We all complained about what they did wrong (poor shot selection vs. missed bunnies) that sometimes we didn't appreciate just how good they were/are.

our zone offense: rivers takes up space in the paint so nobody can drive to the hoop benny stands in the corner shields and petteway take turns shooting at the top of the key pitchford just kind floats around and takes fadeway jump shots. I thought you were making a haiku after reading your first few lines.
