It's really annoying to read that IW can put four good scorers on the floor and we only have two on our entire team. How in the (Incarnate) World does that happen?

Sorry, Norm, but I hope this team doesn't share the same view as you. I hope they don't look at tonight's game and say, "Well, we played well, but some dude hit some crazy shots." They should be mad as hell and they should be embarrassed. And I completely disagree that this is just one game. They should be upset about how they've played up to this point of the season. This team looks poorly coached. This team looks like it has little basketball IQ. This team looks like it has zero interest in running a real offense.

A month ago we were talking about the Sweet 16 and now we're looking iffy for the NIT. Let people vent for crissakes.

Miles has referred to his "top eight" a bunch when it comes to the rotation. Has he given a reason why he only wants to play eight guys? Seems like we're missing an opportunity to develop guys like Fuller and Hammond.

That's not the case. We have NO offense. This Creighton team is not good on defense, but we looked like we had never seen a basketball before. Parker caught the ball out of bounds THREE times today with NO defender around him. Players don't do that for an entire season. One of the most bizarre things I've ever seen in basketball. I have no idea how that happens more than once in a game to a player.

We're not a tournament team with how we've played so far. Disappointing that we started the season like this. Our three toughest games and we peed two down our leg and nearly the third one.

I guess this loss will put us back in our place in this state.

Agreed on Smith. That was awfully clutch. He seems to have a nice feel for the game. He passes the eyeball test, and I can't say Webster ever has for me. I'm not going to write Webster's story yet (I learned my lesson on Benny Parker), but I see so much more potential and skill in Smith.
