  2. Houston on an 11-0 run right now with 3 min to go. 61-57 Houston over SMU.

  5. That was a very long final 90 seconds.
  6. We're turning a leaf after that poor start tonight. Small wins for us with North Texas and Eastern Illinois pulling out wins. Another game to look out for is Western Kentucky who is only up 2 with 13 min remaining.
  7. I don't see any semicolons here...
  8. Never thought we'd be watching Eastern Illinois hoops in February, did we?
  9. Not a good start to the night... but I will say, the biggest ones we want to lose are WKU, UCLA, Washington, and USC. Still many opportunities tonight for that to happen.
  10. Updating throughout the night.
  11. Updated with upcoming games. Teams in red are bubble teams facing each other knocking each other out.
  12. ASU is a tourney bound team for sure, but they have been on the decline from where they were in December.
  13. Does this mean they're going to find their way into the NIT and win it all now?
  14. Here's Lunardi's new bubble watch through Feb. 7 games: Last Four Byes Arkansas Providence Virginia Tech Kansas State Last Four In Washington NC State Houston USC First Four Out Syracuse Marquette UCLA Nebraska Next Four Out St. Bonaventure Temple Western Kentucky SMU
  15. Miles seems to know how to beat the system as well. But given our lack of success after the 2013-2014 season, I think he toned it down a bit.
  16. On the bright side, we have an opportunity to get three Quadrant 1 wins at the beginning of March.
  17. The borderline teams we need to root for are Michigan, Northwestern, Minnesota, and Boston College. I don't see too many opportunities outside of those four teams to move the needle (tier-wise) for us.
  18. So between 3.45-3.6 more wins in the regular season. Seems fairly in line with the robots.
  19. I'm not sure if you've heard it more than 10 times every single day, but apparently the Big Ten is down this year.
  20. We're also 67-67 ever since Biggs was dismissed from the team.
  21. Here's a look at the bubble teams since Lunardi's last update (Feb. 5): Last Four Byes Washington: N/A (Next game: @ Oregon, Feb. 8) Houston: N/A (Next game: vs. SMU, Feb. 8) USC: N/A (Next game: @ Arizona State, Feb. 8) Providence: W vs. Georgetown (Next game: vs. DePaul, Feb. 10) Last Four In Kansas State: W @ Texas (Next game: vs. Texas Tech, Feb. 10) NC State: L @ Virginia Tech (Next game: vs. North Carolina, Feb. 10) Boise State: W @ New Mexico (Next game: @ Utah State, Feb. 10) Virginia Tech: W vs. NC State (Next game: @ Virginia, Feb. 10) First Four Out Marquette: W @ Seton Hall (Next game: @ St. John's, Feb. 10) UCLA: N/A (Next game: @ Arizona, Feb. 8) Nebraska: W @ Minnesota (Next game: vs. Rutgers, Feb. 10) SMU: N/A (Next game: @ Houston, Feb. 8) Next Four Out Western Kentucky: N/A (Next game: vs. Florida Atlantic, Feb. 8) St. Bonaventure: W vs. Saint Louis (Next game: vs. Richmond, Feb. 10) Syracuse: W @ Louisville (Next game: vs. Wake Forest, Feb. 11) Maryland: L @ Penn State (Next game: vs. Northwestern, Feb. 10)
  22. Updating this post throughout the night. Also adding @royalfan's "others": Creighton at Depaul 8 FS1 Creighton - 6 1/2 We want Creighton(puke in mouth) Utah St at Wyoming 8 pm http://gowyo.com/sports/2017/9/1/mountain-west-digital-network.aspx Wyoming - 4 1/2 Want Utah St Drake at Loyola-Chicago 7 pm ESPN Full Court/ESPN 3/Watch Espn Loyoloa -11 We want Drake Not one of the best days we could've asked for. More bubble teams getting big Tier 1 wins.
  23. The only teams within 10 RPI positions of a Tier change is Michigan, Northwestern, Minnesota, and Boston College. There's little chance we'll see any more current losses show up in Tier 1. We can hope for Michigan and Northwestern to move over to Tier 1 however.
  24. This Auburn/Texas A&M game is going in a downward spiral. Nobody wants to win it.
