Does the national championship football team and their school's intramural teams get invited to the tournament as well?

All three of the Big Ten teams who have played so far have seemed to struggle. I wonder how much of that is due to them not playing any games for the past two weeks.

I hear Josh McDaniels might be looking for a temporary job to fill.

And I'm glad he didn't. I would rather have Moos be making a coaching decision rather than an AD out the door.

ASU and OU have horrible finishes to the regular season. The committee says that doesn't matter. ASU and OU both take an NCAA bid from 2 other teams arguably more deserving and end up losing in the first round. I hope the committee next year starts putting more value in a team finishing out their season 11-4 compared to a team finishing 4-11 just because they had some Quadrant 1 wins in December.

Does anybody else find it interesting how we did so well off of one day rest versus games where we had plenty of time to put together a solid game plan?

That would have counted as a Quadrant 1 win. Mississippi State had an RPI of 73 and Quad 1 away games are between 1-75. We finished the season 1-7 against Quad 1 teams.

Even though the team petered out in the end, these words still hold true. It's been a blast everyone! Let's keep this momentum going. This could really become a special year next year.

It's pretty simple for Moos. Either: 1. Extend the contract to 4 years in total, or 2. Fire him There's no dancing around it. You either think he's the guy or you don't. A small 1-2 year extension only sets this program up for a more drawn out failure.

Rationalize it how you want, but all the criticism we got the past month and a half was justified. It sucks. We're a better team than this one game; than that Michigan game. But we didn't get the last word in this fight... this year.

I'm really not looking forward to all the coaching talk we're going to hear about all offseason.
