Notes from UNL •-With the win, Nebraska improved to 7-0 for the fifth time in school history and the first time since the 1992-93 season *-Nebraska’s seven-game win streak is the longest since an 11-game win streak during the 2010-11 season. *-Nebraska finished the game 19-of-20 from the foul line, marking the second straight game NU shot at least 90 percent from the line (min. 10 att.). It is NU’s best performance (min. 10 att.) since going 12-of-12 at Minnesota on March 3, 2012. For 20 attempts or more, it is NU’s best foul shooting performance since at least the 2001-02 season. *-Nebraska has scored 80-or-more points in each of the last four games and in six of seven games this season. NU has now won its last 13 games when scoring 80+ points. *-It is Nebraska’s best foul shooting effort inside Pinnacle Bank Arena, breaking the mark of .923 (12 of 13) against Penn State on Feb. 13, 2016. •-Nebraska hit a season-high 12 3-pointers in the win, the third time the Huskers have hit 10-or-more in a game this season. •-Nebraska put five players (Rienk Mast, Brice Williams, Juwan Gary, Keisei Tominaga, Jamarques Lawrence) in double figures for the second time this season and the first since the season opener against Lindenwood. *-Jamarques Lawrence dished out a season-high six assists without a turnover and finished with a season-high 11 points. He is the ninth Husker to post a double-figure game this season. Lawrence’s previous career high in assists was four, set three other times, and he 12 assists and no turnovers in the last three games. *-Rienk Mast led NU with 19 points, as he is the first NU player to lead the team in scoring more than once this season. *-Nebraska had 18 assists and nine turnovers, the third straight game posting a 2-to-1 or better assist-to-turnover ratio. •-Keisei Tominaga tallied 17 points on just field goal attempts. Tominaga was 5-of-5 from the field (4-of-4 from 3) and was 4-of-4 from the foul line. HE also tied his career high with four rebounds. *-Juwan Gary had 13 points off the bench, as NU has had at least one double-figure scorer off the bench in all seven games.

California State University, Fullerton Head Coach: Dedrique Taylor (11th year) Location: Fullerton, CA Conference: Big West Nickname: Titans Mascot: Tuffy the Titan (an elephant) Last time out: Defeated Rider Clothes not to wear: Blue, Orange, Dumbo KenPom Ranking: 209 Opening Line: Nebraska by 16.5 Nota bene: Nebraska is 2-0 all time vs Cal St. Fullerton with the smallest margin of victory at 24 points Nebraska is looking to start 7-0 for the first time in over 30 years (92-93 season) Bruce Bowen played for the Titans from 89-93 This was the team that Latrell Wrightsell played for last season KenPom most used lineup PG SG SF PF C Pct 1 7 DJ Brewton 6-3 200 Sr 2 Max Jones 6-4 210 Jr 21 Grayson Carper 6-6 195 Jr 32 John Mikey Square 6-6 225 Jr 13 Vincent Lee 6-9 235 Sr 11.6 Player to watch: Max Jones Jones has gone from a secondary scorer to the primary scorer and his shooting percentages have plummeted. Jones gets to the FT at an elite level. Others to watch Vincent Lee converts at high percentage inside and this year he's a perfect 16-16. F/C John Mikey Square has also not missed this season...though that's because he's yet to take a shot. JMS has mostly been in foul trouble or ineffective. Assists and steals leader DJ Brewton is the second leading scorer. He's a terrible shot though so it's typically volume scoring at best. On one of the worst 3pt shooting teams in D-1, Grayson Carper is arguably their best shooter. 6'2" SG Donovan Oday is a scoring option off the bench. One missing piece is returning Big West defensive player of the year Tory San Antonio. The 6'3" senior guard has been unavailable for unknown reasons thus far but would be a boost on both sides of the floor if he played today. UNL Game Notes Roster/infirmary report Out indefinitely 5 Ahron Ulis 6-3 190 lbs Junior - Likely out for the season 15 Blaise Keita 6-11 257 lbs Junior - Ongoing ankle injury recovery Possible starters for Nebraska 10 Jamarques Lawrence 6-3 183 lbs Sophomore 30 Keisei Tominaga 6-2 179 lbs Senior 3 Brice Williams 6-7 213 lbs Junior 53 Josiah Allick 6-8 231 lbs Senior 51 Rienk Mast 6-10 248 lbs Junior Bench 4 Juwan Gary 6-6 221 lbs Junior 0 C.J. Dedrique Taylor has a very good track record with the Titans and likely will have them playing better ball as the season wears on. Right now, it's a WIP. The Titans have traditionally been a defensive team under Taylor and typically will try to take away inside looks. Expect Nebraska to continue its outside barrage. Offensively, CSF is a dribble drive type offense with shoddy 3pt shooting....a recipe for disaster against the Huskers. The Titans will attempt to draw contact and score at the FT line....this could get ugly as Nebraska under Hoiberg tends to defend without fouling. Let's punt on trap game talk until December Prediction: Nebraska 74 - Cal St. Fullerton 54

Where in the world is Tory San Antonio? -
We set the regular season record for 3 makes shooting 33.4%, which is certainly obtainable. Those 18-19 numbers were pumped up by us playing 36 games. Assuming we keep shooting 3s like we do, I think we need to hit about 31% to break the conference record. These records seem inevitable just by our style of play and a mediocre make rate.

We're doing so well this year we have to worry about other team's losses.
