My man, we used a scholarship on Blaise Keita and Ramel Lloyd and we still had guys transfer out because they were unhappy with lack of playing time. Mast is now our 5th guy on scholarship in 2025-26. In terms of scholarship usage, this is a no-brainer.

If he wasn't planning to play here in 25-26, we would give him a medical retirement redshirt like we did with Chris Neiman and he wouldn't count towards the scholarship limit. I'd bank on him playing for us in 25-26 unless he is physically unable.

Sort of amazing that it seemed like Senior was trying to steer Jr down this different path than him and at the end of the day they both go from a large school to Long Beach St. Senior is the 8th leading scorer in school history
