I really dislike how when you're down by 3, it's under 10 seconds left in the game and you have the ball, and the other team purposely fouls so you won't get the opportunity to make a three pointer to tie the game. IMHO if the foul is obviously deliberate the team in possession should get 3 free throws.

I'm kinda torn on this subject. On one hand I would like to see Fred substitute one of those cupcakes with another high level mid-major, but on the other I know how difficult those two December B1G games are. If those two TBAs for the Diamond Head Classic turn out to be top 50 opponents, and we get the opportunity to play one, then I'm OK with the non-conference schedule.

FWIW, according to Rivals Morgan is NU's highest ranked portal transfer. I think we also got caught up in the William Kyle III hype around that time and overlooked what Morgan can bring to the program.
