I'd go Gallegos for player of the game. Miles probably should have used a timeout to draw something up for him in the final three minutes. Not sure I would give the offense an A just because it was mainly Gallegos and Talley. But we will take what we can get at this point.

The team played hard in a losing effort hopefully we are done with that after this year. Need to start making them wins since they count either way. The moment I knew it was done was when Ubel missed the two-hander. A momentum play that had to be made. Not the first time Ubel or someone else has missed the momentum swing this year. Hopefully Miles doesn't pull a Doc. One of Doc's bigger mistakes was not having any roster consistency any year. It didn't help the new guys never were any better. Definitely have to be careful. Based from his previous stops, I trust Miles with building a roster. I don't see any necessary movement when it comes to walk-ons. I'd only keep Menke on scholarship if we can't find anyone to bring in. Need to be looking at JUCO big men, preferably a 6'8'' or 6'9'' athletic forward. Also probably another point guard.
