Thoughts on the hire? The guy is a Recruiter with a capital R. If you read anything about him, it will tout his recruiting ability. If you were looking for a guy who was going to be here for 5 years....probably not your guy. ATM seems like a net positive I believe we are in the state to pursue a big time recruiter. If he's the guy I'll take it!
