Morgan was a pretty solid get but Fred specifically went after him and made him a priority and talked about him filling Mast role.. he just didn’t give us close to what Mast did and seemed like a completely different player

agreed but a lot of $$ is freeing up with all the seniors leaving. Just have to prioritize shooting/scoring a bit more than we did last year

Does Fred need to make some changes with his staff?? He doesn’t really have an ace recruiter. Really feel like he needs one! Who’s doing the recruiting. Is it all him? We need a Kenya Hunter type than can recruit some good players.

I just keep thinking back to that f’n 3 they hit before half and then Brice missing the FT that would have put us up 1 at end of regulation. Ugghh. Can’t sleep. So close and we definitely deserved to win that one.

I’m not sure then 3 schollys is that big of a deal.. we had to be pretty short on NIL money after constructing current roster and not sure who else we could of added that would of made a contribution. The retention of Uhlis was obviously a mistake. Should have kept JLaw and let Uhlis go. Rollie has been a big disappointment as well and he was one of the first guys we got. I know we are limited with our NIL but we could of done a lot better at PG

It sure seems the officiating in games has drastically changed from the beginning of conference play to now. Refs just let so much go and we aren’t getting near the fouls at the rim as we did earlier in year and I think that’s a big reason why we are struggling to score. Earlier in year we were making so many more FTs a game then we are lately. I remember Morgan getting hacked in face and it should of been Garcia’s 5th but maybe that is why they didn’t call the foul. Garcia only scoring 9 points in this one and us still losing really hurts. Man. This season is going to sting for awhile if we don’t make the tournament.

Agree. If it’s tied maybe you wait longer but when your down 1 you want to get best shot and then foul if you miss and maybe get a 2nd shot after FTs

Compare his stats to Gary's... Gary needs to pull his head out and be a leader! He's just too inconsistent. 1-7 6 points in 30 minutes and 1 flippin rebound ugh

True but we got some very tough games ahead and we need at least 2 if not 3…

their remaining schedule sets up very nice for them as well. I watched that game last night and they play very good defense. Garcia carries them offensively but they do have a couple good shooters. Primarily use only 5 or 6 guys though.

No kidding, on a side note how is Jake able to call game when he isn't there....

I like the thought of Jano at PG with his shooting ability. Id almost say he could step in next year and be an upgrade to what we have currently but hard to say without watching him actually play.

I remember people saying the same thing about keisei! At least this kid has some height. I’d sure like to see him get some minutes and at least see how it looks.. I’m sure your probably right but dang id like to give him some minutes here and there.
