That was a fun game. Penn State crowd small in numbers but boisterous. Was shocked Michigan left the pitcher in after loading the bases....PSU was barreling the ball and the guy looked to be laboring. Then bam, a rocket to left field. Took in 3 games yesterday, which is a lot, but ore relaxing without being so emotionally invested in Huskers. Baseball fans from other schools are fun to interact with.

Good point there. I haven't interacted with them as much. Talked to a nice couple with Michigan State gear on. "Didn't you get the memo--Michigan State didn't make it". They said they love college baseball and come to Omaha every year no matter what MSU does.

they called the right hand getting raised and perhaps slightly making contact with the shortstop. Pretty shaky.

Fun night at the park, beautiful evening. Then went to Iowa-Illinois today. Not inspiring baseball played. Iowa gets hosed. Love this tournament and college baseball. A lot of people are missing the boat--inexpensive, hassle-free, and baseball fans from other teams are the best.

Baseball is the best example of why living in the moment is dangerous. You can get blown out and come out the next game and be good.

Hearing good news may be coming on this front. Hope it's true, stay tuned.
