You guys treat Miles like he was Bill Self or Roy Williams. With the money, facilities, support, and resources there is no reason why a coach cant finish above the bottom 4 teams on a regular basis. I get getting caught in the moment on what garbage is now being played and its easy to look at the previous guy. But good god, be had 1 year they got hot and another year where they were a 6 seed i believe in the NIT and everyone wants to make it out that he is the best thing ever cause he was nice, and quirky, and a big change from what we had before.

So thats all we want now? Someone who makes it cool and not worry about winning? Tim was handed a brand new arena and practice facility. He was a salesman and brought interest but lost it based on results. And no I didnt miss it as I had season ticks and was there for the disapointments as well.

2 out of 7 years above last 4 teams... i guess i dont get how 5 years at the bottom of the conference is acceptable

Is that all we expect out of this program? Coaches who win 14 games a year and still finish in the bottom 4 of the conference?

Coaching...

Doc doesnt coach defense or isnt allowed to coach. Second, coaching matters much more then recruiting. Get the right coach and you will get the right players to develop and be successful in this league.

Theres no way he should be here. Its the $ thing that complicates it but at this point its just an embarassment that he is allowed to even coach 1 more day.

Good luck to you all debating who and what should happen. After 28 years Im officially done watching. I'll try to tune back in next year maybe. I cant believe its this bad. The worst coaching, not just this year, but 3 years straight. Absolute joke.

He doesn't deserve another year but most likely will get one more chance. We are stuck seeing if this can be turned around or not.

I gave up going to games after 2 games this year and wasted $ on season tickets. Now they've forced me to not set aside time to watch this garbage the rest of the year.

Sooooo....i guess he still deserves another year? What honestly is going to change but new players. The same new players we also go in year 2 and year 3 which were supposed to be an upgrade. Now we have all these excuses such as injuries and covid and 1st year and I dont see how next years players wii change the mindset and skill of this team. Something is seriously flawed after 3 years and you cant convince me at this point next year will be any different.

Agreed on the last part. I think people worry too much about losing recruits and not the big picture.

There is a difference between bringing in talent based off rankings, and talent that fits your system that you can develop. So far we've seen 3 roster flips with anfourth one coming and yet to have a pg or suitable big man for this conference. You can say wait till next year and then what? Wait 3-4 more years hoping they stay and develop where it shows progress? Hard sell for me to think it will happen based on what has happened thus far.

Long term financial impact for keeping either could hurt more if things dont change
