We (Nebraska) continue to have... arguably the worst P5 combo of the 3 major mens sports.

I feel there is a lot of negative talk about Doc. Personally— I like Doc and don’t think he was the main problem. We had a lot of other issues outside of a defensive scheme— especially since that scheme works best with absolute effort, hustle, and buy in… which we didn’t have. There’s a reason Doc is still in the business and it isn’t because he’s “dead weight” as much as some on here like to think he was. We had bigger problems outside of Doc and him not being here from the beginning wasn’t going to change how things have gone so far.

If by “Nebraska player” you mean from the state of Nebraska, I’d say you’re correct. But if you mean Nebraska’s program— I’d give the title of most pressure to Bryce. After seeing what happened with him, I think most fans are going to be more lenient to high level talent right from the get go.

Is there any P5 program over the last 5 years that has been as bad as Nebraska’s major men’s sports overall? Literally, football, basketball, and baseball have been awful. I thought having Frost, Fred, and Will was a dream scenario, but it has been anything but.

I know it was early, but maybe we should have been more worried about what happened out there to start the year in Cali.

Probably had at least three "errors" that last inning, but none get booked as an error.

Lol-- I guess I see how we're still one of the top fielding teams in the country. We don't get an error booked when we make an error. Sorry Bryce was an error. I count DC's miss at 3rd an error. I also wish that missed foul pop up could be called an error.

In the last couple of weeks. Had been a solid team in the field to this point in time. One of the top in the country until these last few weeks it feels like.
