Thought this was an interesting topic for debate. Hard to fathom that in an 18-team league, NU is still not in the top half. Sheesh. How far this program has fallen in the past decade... Hopefully Rhule & Co. are able to change the perception this season & they wind up top 6, which is narrowly better in the top one-third instead of the top 5/8th of a 18-team bloated conference known as the Big Ten. My, how things have changed since 2011, when it was only a 12-team league, having blatantly expanded by 50% within 13 years. Wow, that's still wild to say it's a 18-team league. I guess it will be normal in five years, because it felt like it took that long to fully assimilate Rutgers & Maryland into a 14-team league. Time will tell...

Any thoughts?

I'm not expecting much.  I think a bowl game is a good season.  Too much inexperience at QB.  I feel our Freshmen QB's are more talented than any we had since Joe Ganz.  If I were to guess with the way things stand right now, we end up with 7 wins.
