Ben Columbus. Nice piece of hitting down 1-2. It's now 9-7 with Brice up & 2 on. Minny finally changes their pitcher. Sheesh.

Our big guns have been up in two BIIIIIG spots tonight.  Bryce and Max.  

 

Max didn't get it done.  Can Bryce?

The umps have lost control.  Minnesota gets a minute in between pitches.  Then, they yell at Harvell because they let them have so much time in between pitches.  

 

Brice with a chance to redeem himself.

Brice doesn't swing at a pitch right down Broadway. This team is so frustrating. It's ridiculous.

The good news for us is that we have a few games between 8th (us) and 9th.  The bad news is that I don't know how many more we win.  Hopefully 1-2 this weekend... but...

That chew out session after the SDSU game didn't help.  This team is in a free fall.  They are going to go from 1st place in the Big 10 after 3 series to missing the Big 10 tournament.

We (Nebraska) continue to have... arguably the worst P5 combo of the 3 major mens sports.

Erstad, for all his faults, only missed 1 Big 10 tournament in 8 years.  Bolt's going to miss 2 in 2 years.

Nebraska has 9 games left. They better figure out if they want to stay home for the post-season or if they will continue to fight to the finish.
